Situated in the middle of Croasdaile Farm is the Silo Office Building, adjacent to the 1930’s vintage barns and silos of this historic dairy farm.  While the atmosphere is decidedly rural, the location is convenient to the entire Triangle area.  Located on Croasdaile Farm Parkway at Millspring Drive, the Silo Offices are five minutes from Duke University Medical Center and three minutes from I-85 with easy access to all that Durham and RTP have to offer.  This ten thousand square foot building is divided into suites as small as 300 square feet and as large as 3,000 square feet.  Rental rates begin at $25 per square foot and, except for phone and internet, include all utilities and janitorial services five days per week.
